Stages of Change - Tonight we will discuss the Six Stages of Change and explore how this model can help parents better understand behaviour, readiness, and resistance to change.

EPIC Online Meet Ups are a regular place to meet and gain strategies, knowledge and connection.

Facilitated by parents of young people with lived experience of caring for a young person in crisis. Created for parents and carers of young people who are facing challenges.

What to Expect EPIC has created a safe, informal online space to gain connections, support and strategies. The meetings are interactive and seek to provide confidence and encourage sharing of hindsight. We look forward to meeting you!
